Booking Conditions
- The offer will be valid for Mastercard holders (Credit & Debit Cards) in India, Bangladesh and Maldives only.
- The discount rate is only applicable for bookings made between 5 Jan 2023 – 30 Apr 2023; for stays between 11 Jan – 30 April 2023, excluding blackout dates.
- Blackout dates is from 20 December 2022 to 10 January 2023, during which the discount promotion will not be applicable.
- Rates are inclusive of taxes, fees, service charge and prevailing government tax.
- Reservations to be made by visiting the Aitken Spence Hotels website booking link only.
- Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All rates are subject to revision at the discretion of the management of Aitken Spence Hotel Pvt Ltd at any time prior to a confirmed booking.
Payment
- Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
- The payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Discount is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.
Stay Conditions
- Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
- Cardholder is required to submit the credit card used for the reservation along with the passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes.
- Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
- Health and safety procedures in place at the hotel, in line with company, local and national guidelines should be adhered to.
- Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be determined by the Hotel Management.
Amendments and Cancellations
- Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
- Cancellation of room reservations shall be subjected to the individual Hotel cancellation, amendment and no-show policies.
- For amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances (at the discretion of Management and date availability) during the same period, the same discount will be applied.
- The discount will not be applicable for changes made for future bookings outside the promotional period.
- Offer is not applicable for below;
- For group bookings
- As Corporate rates
- As tour operator, travel agency rates and/or packages
- As industry wholesaler and/or third-party rates
- For complimentary stays
- Gift vouchers
- Pre-confirmed bookings
- To be combined with other offers
- For reservations made on other platforms, online or offline
- General terms and conditions of Aitken Spence Hotel Managements (Pvt) Ltd will apply
